03/Philosophy

Accounts should
help you think.

Mission

A smart account can do more than execute. It can hold a line you drew while calm.

Most wallets answer one question: can this transaction be signed? NFA is built around a second one: should it run right now?

Limits you set in advance, delays on anything that loosens them, receipts that record what happened, and agents that leave an auditable trail. Deliberate behavior, expressed as infrastructure.

NFA is a research prototype. It does not predict outcomes and does not recommend trades.

Rules

Decide while you are calm.

Limits, cooldowns and a guardian, written in advance. Tightening applies at once; loosening waits a day, so a bad hour cannot rewrite a good rule.

Receipts

Keep the record, not the story.

Every verified action leaves an archival receipt. When prices cannot be trusted, it says so instead of inventing a number.

05/Receipt showcase

Every trade leaves a record.

Receipts are archival documents: smart account, owner, agent, assets, amounts, block and a price-quality flag. They evolve with holding duration and an indicative price-return band.

If price data is stale, invalid or manipulable, the receipt says “PRICE UNAVAILABLE.” It never invents a number.

Big moves wait ten minutes.

Defaults: 10-minute delay, then a 1-hour execution window. Queued actions can be inspected and canceled. Tightening a rule is instant; loosening takes 24 hours.

08/Agent Black Box

Agents leave a flight record.

Each decision stores a model identifier, a reason hash, a reason URI and a short summary, linked to the receipt it produced.

The fingerprint proves the integrity of the published text — not that it reflects the agent’s true private reasoning.

    Personal limits

    Max trade, rolling 24h cap, cooldown, allowed or blocked contracts and tokens.

    Guardian approvals

    Optional co-signer, and signatures required above a threshold you choose.

  • 03

    Delayed loosening

    Weakening a rule waits 24 hours by default. Tightening applies immediately.

  • 04

    Emergency freeze

    Panic revokes agents, freezes governed paths, cancels the queue, starts a 24h recovery.

Scope: future Guardrails only apply to compatible smart accounts. They do not protect ordinary EOAs or assets held elsewhere. This prototype does not protect any assets.
